1 Introduction

Welcome to aamjili. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aamjili ("we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the aamjili website located at aamjili.net and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, bingo, keno, live dealer games, and any promotional programs offered therein.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain an account with aamjili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued Philippine ID, your date of birth, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on aamjili at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. aamjili uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended and all balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not it was authorized by you — is your responsibility. You agree to keep your account information up to date at all times. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or primary payment channel must be submitted through the official account settings panel and may require additional identity verification before taking effect.

aamjili operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering laws of the Philippines. You agree to provide any documentation requested for identity verification, source of funds verification, or enhanced due diligence — including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and bank or e-wallet statements. Failure to comply with KYC requests within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on aamjili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless expressly stated otherwise in connection with specific cryptocurrency deposit channels (e.g., USDT TRC20). Exchange rates for cryptocurrency deposits are applied at the time of crediting and are non-negotiable.

Deposits: aamjili accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your aamjili wallet within seconds for e-wallet channels and within one banking day for bank transfers.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within 24 hours on regular business days. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking days to reflect in your account, depending on the receiving bank. aamjili does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment channels that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals — i.e., sending funds to an account not registered in your name — are strictly prohibited and will be flagged for compliance review. aamjili reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending successful completion of KYC verification if such verification has not yet been completed.

In cases where aamjili reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, the Platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending an internal investigation. aamjili will cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement and PAGCOR in any related investigations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

aamjili offers various promotional programs to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, which supplement and form part of these general Terms.

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all aamjili promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are displayed in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period specified for each offer. Expired bonus balances are removed from accounts without notice or compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through the use of different registration details is considered bonus abuse.
• aamjili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus funds already credited to a player's account and subject to active wagering requirements will be honoured under the terms active at the time of crediting.

6 Gaming Rules

All games offered on the aamjili platform — including JILI slots, Pragmatic Play slots, live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, sic bo, bingo, keno, crash games, fishing games, and all sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules of each game type as displayed within the game interface or the relevant betting section. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.

RNG Games: All random number generator (RNG) based games on aamjili use certified, independently audited RNG systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each RNG slot and table game are available within the game information panel. Past results in RNG games do not influence future outcomes. aamjili reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a manifest error in odds or pricing, or where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, or information advantage. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's account.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aamjili platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may also constitute a violation of Philippine criminal law:

• Money Laundering: Using aamjili to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities. aamjili complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and its implementing regulations, and reports suspicious transactions to the AMLC as required.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent identities, or counterfeit documentation to open an account or fund transactions on aamjili.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at the same table or in the same game to gain an unfair advantage, share hand information in live games, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that automates betting decisions or game interactions in a manner not sanctioned by aamjili.
• Exploiting Glitches: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical malfunctions in games to generate artificial winnings. Any winnings generated through known or reported glitches will be voided.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or play on aamjili while under 21 years of age, or assisting a minor in doing so.
• Account Trading or Sale: Selling, transferring, or purchasing aamjili accounts or account credentials through any channel.
• Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or abusing aamjili staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the aamjili platform — including but not limited to the aamjili brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, software, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of aamjili or its licensed content providers and game suppliers, and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aamjili platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any aamjili content; reverse engineer or decompile any software components of the platform; or use aamjili's trademarks, branding, or game content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation.

Unauthorized use of any aamjili intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine law.

9 Privacy & Data

• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aamjili, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the aamjili platform, even if aamjili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

aamjili's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aamjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aamjili does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other technically harmful material. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or business reasons, without liability to you.

Nothing in this clause limits aamjili's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination

You may close your aamjili account at any time by submitting a written closure request to our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal channel within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

aamjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a referral from a responsible gaming authority.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Discovery that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

Upon termination by aamjili for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation.

13 Amendments

aamjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, aamjili will notify registered players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification displayed at login. The amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the aamjili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes. 14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the aamjili platform. Where a dispute falls within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution process shall be the first avenue of recourse before escalating to Philippine courts.

The language of these Terms, and any dispute proceedings conducted in relation to them, shall be English. In the event that these Terms are translated into Filipino or any other language for the convenience of players, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or conflict.
